"Block @name" in deleted comment's menu still shows the name

In my recent encounter, the mod deleted a reply to a comment. The reply title showed just "[deleted]" but that three-dots-menu still showes the author's name.

Do others see that, too?

Of course my account also knows the name from my notifications anyway but deleted content should be anonymous.
