(spoilers for fallout show sort-of) i feel like this guy is secretly the main character

in a hypothetical fallout spinoff this person should be the main character. i can see it in him, he has seen things, terrible things, atrocities done by all sorts of people. i would one day love to see what happened to him while the NCR was still around in its full form and what lead him to become how he is now.
