Given that Pine64 is located in Hong Kong why is the pinetime much more expensive in the EU compared to America?

Tbh. I thought for a second that pinetime was it for me. Price bit more expensive than I hoped for but maybe reasonable idk. Then I looked at the US price and now I am stunned.

Are they sold from the US so tariffs apply? I can't support that.
