Replying to a comment (but not a post) inserts 12 spaces before typing anything

This is on Safari and iOS, I tried restarting my phone and browser to see if it was anything weird on my end, but it’s still happening.

Not a huge problem obviously, it’s just a little tedious to keep deleting it before typing a reply.
