I so wanted to post BF 2023 deals here, but I didn't realize that the markdown used here (CommonMark) does not support tables.

Is this our new /usenettalk community or the alternative in case reddit implodes?
was just curious if this was going to be the primary location or just preparation in case one day /usenettalk is no longer available? We're not a huge community but I think you (and the other contributors) do important really work as far as the usenet industry. I've not seen any other resources that gives you the kind of granularity and insight on the providers. Very appreciated.
Tutorial
Does anyone know of a good Usenet tutorial, or even just a list of active communities? I've spent time looking around but never hit on any actually active groups.
Usenet on SDF?
It would so awesome if SDF was connected to Usenet (for text groups) in addition to Fedverse.
What usenet requires to make discussions work
It is ironical that we talk about usenet everywhere but on usenet. Events like the blackout on reddit and the scramble to move to alternate platforms would hardly be necessary if usenet worked clearly as a discussion platform.
While everyone blames spam for the slow death of discussions on usenet, I think there are a couple of other reasons:
