"Voters who think Trump is a criminal would still vote for him over Biden!"

Citing sources “familiar with the search,” The Washington Post said the documents detailed a foreign government’s military defenses and nuclear capabilities and can only be viewed by a select group of top officials.
The disclosure was published Tuesday, a day after the former president’s legal team won a request for a special master to review the documents over his lawyers’ concerns the feds would “impugn, leak, and publicize select aspects of their investigation.”
The entire trove of documents was now off limits to the government after US District Judge Aileen Cannon allowed Trump’s request for a third party to review them Monday
FBI Seized Trump's Medical Records, Accounting Information, Correspondence Related to Taxes From Mar-a-Lago
Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.
‘In addition to being deprived of potentially significant personal documents, which alone creates a real harm, Plaintiff faces an unquantifiable potential harm by way of improper disclosure of sensitive information to the public,’ she wrote.
The judge also showed a sensitivity to Trump’s reputation should he be indicted or even just based on the search of his home.
FBI seized wardrobe items, magazines, books and 47 classified folders that were EMPTY during infamous Mar-a-Lago raid - as well as 11,000 documents and photos, newly unsealed documents reveal
Among the items listed in the documents released Friday are 47 empty folders that were found in Trump's office that are marked as 'classified' and more than 1,500 magazines, newspapers, press articles and other printed media from around his home.
'The whole World was watching as the FBI rummaged through the house, including the former First Lady's closets (and clothing!), alone and unchecked,'
By far the largest makeup of the materials seized were photographs and documents without classification markings, of which there were more than 11,000 found and taken from Trump’s estate.
Imminent release of redacted search warrant affidavit may shed some light on FBI motives, but won't answer all the questions.
CRIMSON RHINO and The Raid on Mar-a-Lago
In May 2022 the Michael Sussmann Trial was rocked by the revelation of the “Crimson Rhino” file.

“Crimson Rhino” is the government file that formed the basis of the FBI’s investigation into Donald Trump, which was the basis for accusing Trump of colluding with Russia.
The Gateway Pundit believes the Deep State is in deep panic over the Crimson Rhino revelations and inclusion in the Trump lawsuit.
On August 8th, the FBI and DOJ raided Trump’s home and took all of the documents.
We have information that makes us believe the Crimson Rhino program was extensive and involved SEVERAL US government agencies.
"Yes, Absolutely - At The Right Time" - Eric Trump Says Trump Team will Release Mar-a-lago Security Camera Footage from FBI Raid on President's Home (VIDEO)
Eric Trump joined Sean Hannity on Monday night to continue their discussion on the unprecedented raid on President Trump’s home Mar-a-Lago one week ago.

And your bodycam point was spot on. That’s why cops wear body cams. They don’t tell you to turn off cameras. They want transparency. And that’s not what happened here.
The dishonesty of those always out to get the orange man knows no bounds.

The press quickly jumped into the fray to call him a liar. Norah O’Donnell of CBS News claimed via a source that the FBI was “not in possession of former President Trump’s passports.”
Well, as it turns out, Trump’s team was ready and waiting with the receipts that showed the press narrative was a falsehood.
It appears the DOJ is on a fishing expedition and the optics are more important than the facts.

- If the AG had weeks to deliberate how real could any potential threat or emergency be? If Garland had a legal duty to carry out, why did he take weeks to sleep on it?
- If he had a solid probable cause, why are they trying to hide that from the public?
- Why is the WSJ suggesting he will have to deliberate into the future about prosecution of a crime? Really? He didn’t think about that in the weeks he took to ponder a raid on a former president’s home?
WATCH: Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake Tells HUGE Crowd That President Trump And Ron DeSantis Have "BDE"

Lake later tweeted a meme summing up her statement.
The Don and Ron, two real men who get sht done, vs. Joe Biden, who falls down the stairs and shts his pants.
The RICO lawsuit has him on the offensive because the case is in Florida -- MAGA country -- and not DC -- Maggot Country.
This led to the raid last week. Obama and the FBI wanted to discredit Trump and also confiscate any incriminating evidence Trump has against them.
The same playbook that's been run for seven straight years.

It’s obvious why the government subpoenaed the surveillance footage: They wanted to keep Trump from releasing it.
It would now be illegal for the former president to release any footage taken of the FBI’s ridiculous raid, showing them rifling through Melania Trump’s underwear drawer. How convenient is that?
FBI Seized Records Protected By Attorney-Client Privilege During Trump Raid, DOJ Refuses Trump Request for Special Master to Review
Some of the documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago were protected by attorney-client privilege, according to a new report.

Fox News reports, “the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.”
The sources who spoke to Fox explained that the Justice Department also opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.
Former president's office describe previously undeclared process that led to sensitive documents landing in Mar-O-Lago.

"He had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office and taken into the residence were deemed to be declassified," the statement added. "The power to classify and declassify documents rests solely with the President of the United States. The idea that some paper-pushing bureaucrat, with classification authority delegated BY THE PRESIDENT, needs to approve of declassification is absurd."
The very fact that these documents were present at Mar-a-Lago means they couldn’t have been classified," the former president's office stated. "As we can all relate to, everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time. American presidents are no different. President Trump, in order to prepare for work the next day, often took documents including classified documents from the Oval Office to the residence.
SPERRY: FBI Agents Involved in Trump Raid are Under Criminal Investigation by Durham For Abusing Their Power in Trump-Russia Probe
Recall, investigative reporter Paul Sperry was suspended from earlier this week after he revealed the FBI may have had a personal stake and searched for classified documents related to Spygate.

“Developing: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same Counterintelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago” Sperry said in a social media post on Saturday.
Attorney General Merrick Garland still needs to provide more information to explain the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

What, exactly, moved Attorney General Merrick Garland to depart from the “standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken”?
