Citing sources “familiar with the search,” The Washington Post said the documents detailed a foreign government’s military defenses and nuclear capabilities and can only be viewed by a select group of top officials.

The disclosure was published Tuesday, a day after the former president’s legal team won a request for a special master to review the documents over his lawyers’ concerns the feds would “impugn, leak, and publicize select aspects of their investigation.”

The entire trove of documents was now off limits to the government after US District Judge Aileen Cannon allowed Trump’s request for a third party to review them Monday

‘In addition to being deprived of potentially significant personal documents, which alone creates a real harm, Plaintiff faces an unquantifiable potential harm by way of improper disclosure of sensitive information to the public,’ she wrote.

The judge also showed a sensitivity to Trump’s reputation should he be indicted or even just based on the search of his home.

Among the items listed in the documents released Friday are 47 empty folders that were found in Trump's office that are marked as 'classified' and more than 1,500 magazines, newspapers, press articles and other printed media from around his home.

'The whole World was watching as the FBI rummaged through the house, including the former First Lady's closets (and clothing!), alone and unchecked,'

By far the largest makeup of the materials seized were photographs and documents without classification markings, of which there were more than 11,000 found and taken from Trump’s estate.

• Did the 45th president declassify the documents found in his home?
• Did President Joe Biden have the constitutional authority to waive executive privilege over Trump documents sent to Congress or the Justice Department?
• Were some of the records seized by the FBI previously deemed personal records by Trump?
• Was the approved search warrant overly broad, and did it result in illegal over-collection of evidence?
• Is the FBI investigation properly predicated to laws that have a criminal enforcement component?

• If the AG had weeks to deliberate how real could any potential threat or emergency be? If Garland had a legal duty to carry out, why did he take weeks to sleep on it?

It’s obvious why the government subpoenaed the surveillance footage: They wanted to keep Trump from releasing it.

It would now be illegal for the former president to release any footage taken of the FBI’s ridiculous raid, showing them rifling through Melania Trump’s underwear drawer. How convenient is that?

Fox News reports, “the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.”

The sources who spoke to Fox explained that the Justice Department also opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.
