With the introduction of Minecraft Java 1.4.3, they added the F3+B functionality to view all the hitboxes on entities. However, it wasn't perfect. The player hitbox renders too high. This can pose a problem for my main instance as well, as it is within this version range.
Even around 1.7, the visuals for the hitboxes changed, but the player hitbox was still centered too high.
The bug was eventually fixed in snapshot 14w06b. Excuse the Steve skin in this screenshot.

People in my Discord server really like this little guy so a few of us built him! I found that snow was the easiest white block to get since you can gather snowballs very quickly using a snow golem trapped in a one-block space. This allowed us to get the materials needed in about an hour.

GT:NH meaning Gregtech: New Horizons, best/worst modpack I ever played. I progress super slowly, I'm still at tech tier 3 out of 10 or so after more than a year of on and off play.
This may be a modded game, but I very manually crafted this map out with hundreds of stacks of stained glass, diorite, and golden pressure plates. Free-handed in survival last year on a server, here are some incremental pics: [#1] [#2] [#3]
I refuse to open the "What does Etho look like?" can of worms, so I just drew Real-Etho as a generic, blank Guy with spiky hair and his mic in a tissue box.
