Cleaning tips @lemmy.world connect @programming.dev sticky remains of an old rubber band
I have a mouse pad that was in a box for years, during which time a rubber band on top of it had time to turn into hard bits that stuck to it. Any suggestions? I could pick most of it off, but not enough.

Thinking of getting a reclining chair for computer use, so I will be sitting (and maybe sleeping) in it for long periods of time.
Is there any tips on choosing a reclining chair that will be easy to clean or maintain? I am handy so I don't mind being able to strip off the lining or a bit of disassembly to deep clean it.
