The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit ruled that several decisions the Food and Drug Administration took to make mifepristone more broadly available to women did not take safety concerns into account.

Pregnancy centers have a record of providing critical medical help to thousands of women experiencing unexpected pregnancies. Detractors have failed to demonstrate why these centers require special fraud laws beyond what already exists.

Only after these messages were reviewed by police did the investigation turn into one for an illegal abortion, which would carry charges for Jessica Burgess as the supplier of the abortion pills.

I thought DeSantis spoke about the political persecution of Trump well, but he is wrong if he thinks we are willing to forget about 2020.

My biggest concern about DeSantis is he did not get rid of voting machines in Florida.

Military is going to pay 15 days of leave, not charged against your annual leave and your travel and your lodging and your meals so you can go get an elective abortion.

But if your mom or dad dies, you get to take leave out of your own 30 days of annual leave and you have to pay all your expenses.

Transgender care is a lucrative business, and one that assures that (unlike with abortions) the patient will be returning again and again for more puberty blockers, more hormones, more surgeries, more of whatever they can provide.

If signed, the law will allow telehealth providers to send the pills to patients in states where it is restricted, as long as they comply with New York’s ultra-liberal abortion laws.

The bill states that no New York government official “shall cooperate” with an out-of-state agency “regarding any legally protected health activity in this state.”
