    Yeaaah... Even this is giving them too much of the doubt. I don't think thats what's happening. I think they're angry and are purposely killing people to send a message about fighting back or questioning their authority. I truly believe they're just straight up purposely murdering people because they're angry and we're not in their 'us group' in their 'us against them' mentality.

    Washington State sherrif Keith Swank even admitted as much with regard to wearing masks when they've been told its illegal. They're doing it because they don't recognize anyone authority to tell them 'no', on anything. It's a "fuck you I do what I want because i am the law" attitude. And if you question that well, now the nation has seen what happens when you do. They shoot you.

  • Same thing, window button for drivers window in my old mazda stopped working reliably, it would take a bunch of clicks and sometimes randomly would finally put the window back up. I let it go for like 6 months, finally got frustrated enough to remove the module, pry the button up, scratch off the carbon build up on the electric pad, put everything back together, and boom works fine now. Another 20 minute fix after months of frustration.

  • Only mentioning this because the thumbnail is pointing out this exact situation. In my opinion a yield sign that does not give the driver a separate lane to help merge into main artery of traffic, shouldn't exist. That should probably be a stop sign.

    I find it extremely dangerous that you never know what situation you're going to encounter when trying to merge with a yield sign. Sometimes you are given a separate lane and a little bit of road to help merge, and other merge points I've driven through locally, don't give you a separate lane at all, if you don't completely stop and a car happens to be coming, you will hit them. And sometimes the angle of the ramp makes it hard to see if a car is coming until its almost too late. This situation is dangerous both if you don't take precautions and completely stop, and also if you do completely stop, but the car behind you wasn't expecting it, because its a yield sign, and most people are used to being given space on the ramp to merge, vs coming to a complete stop.

    Its crazy to me a yield sign has unpredictable results as far as what kind of situation you're entering into: am I given merge lane or not?

  • A friend I met as an adult. He had a pretty rough life growing up, his family was homeless and roamed around a lot, he was supposed to be 'homeschooled' but was really taking care of his parents during that time, so he never really had an education, obviously never went to college, etc.

    He fell into learning programming as a teenager and started working when he was 16 as a web programmer. Now in his 30's, he makes more money than anyone I've personally known and I'm so freaking happy for him. A lot of bullshit people like to brag that they're 'self made' when they own companies, or are CEO's, etc. And this guy is like the most humble, kind and well adjusted person I've ever known, and he did it all himself. Super greatful to be his friend and have him in my life.

    I'm actually not happy they're cooling their aggression because it feels like they're just letting the boiling pot cool for a sec, we need the heat to keep coming to keep people angry and engaged enough to not fall back into apathy and putting their heads in the sand again. Just like school shootings, if you wait long enough, Minnesota will just be another school shooting that people shake their heads over and go back to doing whatever they were doing.

  • Huh, haven't heard of Bezelbub mod, I'll have to check if its compatible with DevilutionX the open source reimplementation of Diablo 1. I played DevilutionX on my steamdeck, but got stuck in beginning of nightmare as my character wasn't powerful enough to continue.

  • Apparently they will try to connect to open networks and try to tunnel through to get internet, so I set bogus manual DNS, gateway, and ip info so it can't connect to anything correctly.

  • I used an agent switcher to say firefox was chrome on windows, which gave slightly better resolution, but it doest fix their shitty compression. Blacks and greys are just blobs in some night scenes, can't see anything. And its not my TV, because the same scene downloaded from somewhere else is perfect at 1080p.
