  • Mexican here, standard of living and costs are lower. Our minimum wage has always been a joke but government doesn't raise it because inflation. I'm too ignorant on those matters and really don't know if that is true.

  • Ha! I guess I already qualify as a boomer. I'm 43 and been a gamer since the commodore days. I play everything that comes my way if time permits, from indies like islanders for a relaxing me time, to mega AAA F2P monsters like Fortnite to have a laugh with my sons.

  • This type of games are free to play. So a bunch of kids who are friends can start playing at any time even without money. If some of them like the game, they'll stay as a group for the social aspect.

    I don't see any wrong in it. Its just different of what I did 30 years ago.

  • I share my steam linrary with my two kids. Gave them 200+ games. They still play Fortnite and Roblox because that is what their friends play. When I was young the biggest games were single player and you shared stories with your friends. Now you play with them online.

    Fortnite, roblox, apex, cod and rocket league are some examples.

  • Nice guitar! I started with rocksmith 2014 (or Rocksmith 2 if you will) and learned many songs that I love to play to this day. Once you get your fingers working you' can hop on to youtube and follow some tutorials.

    By the way don't neglect the rhythm or lead guitar even if you prefer one. You'll get better by switching every now and then.

    Remember you don't have to play perfect to have fun!

  • I have never thought of the usa helping ukraine because they are interested in ukranian peoples lives. I see them fighting because gaining an ally with great resources and an excellent geographic position is important to maintain power.

    They are also testing the new way of running a war between first world armies.

    Perhaps I'm wrong but this war benefits american interests beyond being world police.
