  • That whole "got milk" campaign was a load of bullshit.

It turns out only about 30% of the global human population is able to even digest milk.

  • Compared to how other slaves were treated around the world, this is relatively true.

  • The texas schooling system is horrendous.

Most texans are genuinely dumb as shit because of how they've been hamstrung by their "education."

  • Yeah, you have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm not looking for you to "dumb it down." You need to take a stance and own it if you want to say anything of value.

Are you trying to suggest that it would be acceptable to have MTF transpeople competing with women if they are “on hrt for a significant period of time”?

It's a yes or no question, but you seem to be incapable of giving a yes or no answer. If it depends on the sport, then say "yes for this sport, but no for this one." You can't say "more or less debatable" and then say "it's been discussed to death" as though that means anything.

It's been discussed so much that you're unable to take a stand? Seems like more discussion is required, but like I said you don't seem capable of having one. If you can't stick your neck out and say "it's okay after this criteria is met for trans women to compete with women in this sport," then what are even trying to argue?

The real problem here is that you're afraid of your own argument, so you want other people to make it for you. That's just not good enough.

  • You're desperate to save face.

You may have the last reply since you clearly can't go on without it.

Hopefully you'll be able to accept when you're wrong without lashing out when you're more mature.

    Have a good day.

  • Just got finished telling off a useful idiot who was trying to get me to fall in line.

  • Keep insulting me bud, you're just proving me right again and again about how inept apple users are.

You're literally throwing a tantrum because you can't tolerate being proven wrong.

  • It'll be ready when it's ready.

There's unfortunately no urgency because there's literally no competition in this space.

When it comes out it will be great, because no developer is pouring anywhere near the amount of resources into their games as CIG is.

  • How about an over-the-shoulder perspective, for one?

There's no reason why it can't have an in-depth CQC system as well.

Voice acting, cutscenes, I feel like you're not even trying to understand when you reduce the possibility of a remake to just story and graphics.

You should also keep in mind that most people haven't played MG1 and 2 because they're so dated. This isn't due to being unable to play, since they're available for free on emulators. People haven't played or beaten them because they weren't made to the standard of the good Metal Gear Solid games.

  • Cool.

Hopefully CIG doesn't abandon their promise to bring native Linux support to Star Citizen.

  • I hope one day gamers start to study the philosophy of art to better understand why the stuff that takes more effort with fewer resources is better than the stuff that takes less effort with more resources.

  • sniffs

    Yep, that's Gabe.

  • Valve literally popularized the "games as a service" business model.

You're probably too young to understand when games weren't just platforms to sell you more shite.

  • People with more money than sense.

  • I just personally don’t have a problem with things that exploit people’s vanity.

    Based, but these are predatory.

For one, we shouldn't be lowering our standards so that a business can make more money. Whether you accept it or not, these vanity items do make the game more enjoyable for most players. If more of us had higher standards, we'd get the cosmetics without having to pay for a corporation's nicer campus or an executive's 9th property.

For two, whenever chance is involved it will always intrinsically prey upon those with gambling problems.

  • I'd only be interested in remakes of MG1 and 2, maybe ac!d if the stories are actually interesting (and they're remade like actual Metal Gear Solid games).

Unfortunately, looking at these comments I think I know what konami will do. They'll remake MGS1 because it will be "hype" and everyone will buy it out of loyalty to their gamer status, but it will essentially hit as hard as the Oblivion "remake."

Let's get something new, guys. We don't have to replay the same damn game over and over and over.
