  • If you think chicago isn't violent, just say so.

  • That means chicago doesn't have a problem?

This isn't about other cities. It's about chicago. Crime rates in other cities does not absolve chicago of its own problems.

If anything, you people are spouting liberal talking points to avoid addressing issues that make you uncomfortable. "Chicago doesn't have a problem with violence because there are other cities that have it worse."

  • What was the answer?

  • I don't have a reason in mind which is why I asked.

It seems like nobody replying has any answers either, only distractions and derailments. I'm not sure why you people think that the crime rates of other cities means chicago doesn't have a problem, but that simply isn't true.

  • This isn't about comparing other cities to chicago.

You think the crime rates of other cities means chicago doesn't have a problem with violence that needs addressing, which is incorrect.

  • Other cities being violent doesn't mean chicago is not violent.

Does anyone here have any actual answers, or are you all just trying to distract from the issue?

  • Are you trying to say chicago doesn't have a problem with violence?

  • Ok?

  • It's usually because of a lower population making it easier for criminals to skew the results.

Chicago is unique with how confident criminals are in shooting each other in public.

  • It's easier to fool someone than to convince them they'd been fooled.

A lot of people have stuck their neck out by saying with certainty that the virus didn't leak from a lab in China and anyone who thought otherwise is probably a racist and a republican.

It's next to impossible for those people to take responsibility for being incorrect, so they just double and triple-down on being wrong. It's ironic because they like to believe they're the voice of reason.

  • A well-researched video for a user that asked for sources. If you're going to assume it's immediately incorrect because it's a youtube video, then that says more about you than it does about me.

Also, good job avoiding giving a definitive answer to a question that should be common knowledge. It shows that you're ashamed to admit the truth because it doesn't support what you want to believe.

I'm not going to discuss with you any further since you are not discussing in good faith. Goodbye.

  • Let me just get this straight.

Do you think major social media websites did not ban people for saying Covid originated from a lab in China? A simple yes or no will suffice.

  • I'm not sure where you 'checked,' but major social media websites would routinely ban people for spreading what they deemed to be 'misinformation' surrounding covid. This included the idea that it originated from a lab in China. They would also classify it as racist bigotry.

It's not a point of contention.

  • No.

  • How do you explain China not cooperating with international investigators?

Why should we trust them if they weren't being transparent?

Why are you quick to trust and defend the nation that isn't cooperating or being transparent?

  • Thanks a ton for explaining this for me. I tried it out and it worked like a charm.

Now I will look for phone mounts.

  • How can I get them to pair with Android?

I don't know much about it, but it looks like something specific is required ti pair controllers with an Android phone. I can pair them just fine with my PC.

I'm mostly asking out of curiosity; a regular Playstation controller isn't able to hold the phone.
