  • It’s odd, because I notice people I follow on Mastodon mentioned/being mentioned in places and if they have a Bluesky presence, it is that that is named usually. Like on podcast I hear people on I follow Mastodon decade to promote Bluesky instead. Or certain people who are Trek related, post things on Mastodon but if they have a Bluesky presence, that is what is brought up.

That could legally be an area which might make enforcement of a law hard. I don’t know how these laws work, just throwing the idea out there. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. The article specifically mention California and Illinois.
