Some states have made it effectively nonexistent through mathematically neutral and independent districting commissions
But this is a tragedy of the commons so if republicans win in and then gerrymander enough states without a national solution in place then they will slowly gain a disproportionate and non representative minority government which is what we have right now and why everything that’s happening is happening
It’s created red states with essentially impossible to challenge legislatures so the only way out is for Dems to win again and create a national voting rights act again that makes gerrymandering more difficult, less effective, or impossible altogether
In addition to it not actually being rescheduled the big pharma companies can easily just invest or buy the “local” growers
In my state all the licensed weed growers are well established and basically have a cartel monopoly so I dunno what “local” there is to protect with this stuff anyway
No not for this monitor that was just an example of something recent I’ve seen on other monitors where people say the effects were not noticeable but they were to me and especially if the panel was dark
Ive noticed slight oled burn in on other peoples devices but I think it’s mostly them going blind to it because it’s part of their default setup so they’re extra unlikely to notice
I think it’s mostly addiction and if you could just physically throw them outside forever banned from it they’d relearn how to be a human being again and could go make art and culture once more
