While the baltics won't raid my house and seize my electronics, I'm not so sure that the Germans wouldn't anyways if I were to host extremist content. Media is actually hosted in Germany again (surprisingly better legal situation than the balitcs).

Art. 5 Absatz 3 Satz 1 bis 3

TLDR: Artistic freedom is guaranteed. CSAM laws say drawings are fine. Conclusion: You are free to advertise your event because I don't have to go to jail. Just don't post it to !monero next time.

I'm using firefox and see webp fine, may I ask why you have an add-on to block them? As far as I can tell, webp is massively superior over other image formats when it comes to low storage/data requirements for webhosting.
I'm not sure about that one, it get's a lot of posts / spam and usually I only ever look at the posts for a quick glance at the comments. Is it really that valuable without them?
