  • And I asked you to share. But here we are

  • Would by me

  • Right? Reminded of when I was a kid and living in an INCREDIBLY cold part of Canada. I was walking to my grandmothers house and got, as you said, mesmerized by something. The houses in the area weren't massive. It was a town but was build to get 'bigger' so everything was kinda packed together. The front yard of this house though had a small bush-like tree as well as a big maple tree. Both were lined with either white or blue lights, spread in a way where it looked like the blue was the 'shadow' of the white. Each color would cycle, very slowly, which lights would dim and twinkle ever so slightly. They then took out a hose and had coated the trees with water, freezing it in like 2cm of ice, diffusing the light. I was just stood there staring at the trees slowly shifting and glowing in the night.

    I miss the pure innocence.

  • None. Just absurd levels of racism

  • Meal prep

  • Thank god I was only in that position for a little while. Lived for 2 months in a two bed motel room with my sister, mother and her new BF. I heard so many ungodly noises of her whale flesh suctioning against the bathtub...

  • You sound like the type of person to say to their kid "I clothe and feed you, therefore blank" as if clothing/feeding isn't your literal bare minimum as a parent.

Privacy is conducive to the healthy mindset of someone who is growing. It demonstrates a lack of trust in your child, a gross invasion of basic privacy that is afforded to literally anyone else on the planet and treats the child like a commodity/pet moreso than an individual. Arguing 'ownership' over a door is just gross.

  • My apologies. I wouldn't mind a joint right about now.

  • Looking over at Code of Honor like

  • For me I meant more in the sense that it was like... obliterated from canon

  • Yep. Fermented and then aged in an oak barrel.

  • Definitely something I'm going to check into. Least I can do is check it out.

The thrift stores I hit up pretty regularly because I just like them anyway. Even just walking around them. Most of them, unfortunately, are either priced to such an extent that they might as well be bought knew or they're utter trash. Or both. That's the problem with island life in general when it comes to buying used. I'm trying to check on Facebook Marketplace for some stuff too.

And yeah my back is... not having a good time at the moment. Weirdly, that gaming chair was better for my back than other ones I've used.

I appreciate the heads up though <3 Thank you

  • Still only a couple of things available on there, most of which are vehicles. Good to know on that front. I live in Newfoundland so things are just more of a pain in the ass here than in general. I do appreciate it though.

  • Oh trust me. I'm fucking furious. I'm just so worried about other stupid shit at the moment that I don't have the energy to spare. I cried a little bit out of frustration but that's about it. I'm mostly just tired.

  • I just want replicators

  • Going to have to look for something on Kijiji or facebook marketplace or something here. I dunno how useful it'll be but I'll take fucking anything that has some lumbar support that I can sit on that won't try and kill me in the process. I'm just tired.

  • Maybe one day I won't be so fuckin' broke

  • Zero auctions for anything in my province.

  • I wish. Have never heard of the show and after seeing a link posted from someone else, I know why. The lead guy is someone whom I don't personally find amusing. I'm just fucking tired. I just wanted a fucking chair.
