Personally I draw the line at leashes. But it depends what public means. In more adult spaces, especially somewhere like a club or a dance I see no problem at all. Collars are just sort of like chokers. They just look kinkier.
To be clear I don't think people shouldn't be allowed to use leashes anywhere or whatever, that's just sort of where the personal line is for me. As in if someone asked me "Hey, should I leash up my sub while shopping" I'd say "probably not". It's not like I'd ask someone to please remove one if I saw them.
I have a tangentially related issue. Every picture I upload does not preview like everyone else's. I'm uploading PNG images that are 384×512 pixels. They upload fine, it's just that you don't see them until you click the post.
This is probably obvious, but I make OC AI art (as OC as you can consider AI art haha). Does this require any verification or is that only for OC photos of real people?
I think realistic and drawn styles should be separate. Also I don't think it should be called anime lol. I get that a lot of people do anime but I think lumping all drawn styles is fine, at least for now.
I don't think forcing people to use specific negative prompts is a good approach. Don't take that as me saying I think CP is acceptable though. Also people can easily fake metadata on images in the same way they can modify an image. Using a bot to check metadata won't solve anything. Plus you could probably make CP looking stuff even with specific negative prompts.
It's hard to say, this one hits a lot of positives for me. The swimsuits, two women (one restraining and one stroking), the toy (not sure what those are called)... lol
It's very unclear what it is that you're asking.
