  • For FDM, learning how to level your bed and set the z offset properly will save a lot of headache early on.

  • have you made sure your adjustment knobs are as tight as possible?

    I found that if I tightened all my knobs to max I could, then leveled by loosening some and adjusting the z offset, it would stay there for much longer.

  • XMouseButtonControl is by far the best mouse macro software I have used (assuming you have no more than 2 side buttons)

  • For most intents and purposes, unless your going tubes, dacs/amps are all gonna sound the same.

    A good place to start for sub 200 desktop dac/amps would be either a JDS Atom stack or a schiit magni modi stack.

    If you like your stuff to be more portable (Bluetooth/USB) then something like quedelix 5k would be a good place as well.
