UN secretary-general António Guterres has asked EU leaders not to request rebates from the New York-based body this year in order to help offset a halt in US contributions that have forced it to slash its operations.

The plea occurred on the eve of a summit of EU leaders in Brussels on Thursday, three officials told the Financial Times. 

It comes as the UN’s top humanitarian official said that the budget crisis caused by the Trump administration meant it was being forced to take “life and death choices about where we can best save lives”.

It would also exclude any advanced weapons systems upon which a third country had “design authority” — restrictions on its construction or use of particular components — or control over its eventual use, the officials added. 

That would exclude the US Patriot air and missile defence platform, which is manufactured by defence contractor RTX, and other US weapons systems where Washington has restrictions on where they can be used.

Well then, its been a while since my last post! We've had an expansion, a new raid wing, and even gotten player housing since my 400 armor post! I was planning on doing a 420 post around the time Janthir Wilds launched, but decided against it since I wasn't sure which direction raiding would be going with Wing 8 launching.

The amazing news is, Wing 8 is in my opinion the most fun wing in the entire game! Even better, we now have gotten 450 players raid armor from close to, if not, nothing by purely doing no requirement training raids! This means no class restrictions, no gear restrictions (although we will make sure people know what meta gear is for each role)

Hey everyone, Gixx back again with an update about my quest to get everyone Legendary armor. XL has now gotten 400 people Legendary armor purely through no-requirement training raids. (For context, when we started, a full carry was about $520 in gems -> gold, so thats about $208,000 USD in armors, although current exchange rates are a bit lower )

For those new to this post series, no requirement simply means that you can play whatever build on whatever class you want, as long as it is in good faith. There are no dps requirements and no boon requirements (Although I explain healthy dps and boons whenever needed to encourage self-correction).
