The new change may cause confusion for people who don't know this well, like newcomers or returners. I think Expertise and Concentration should be a grey text with (Disabled in WvW), so it will look like this:

• Power +100
• Precision +100
• ...
• Healing Power +100
• Concentration +100 (Disabled in WvW)
• Expertise +100 (Disabled in WvW)

This change will prevent causing confusion, making questions like "Where did Expertise/Concentration in Cele stat go??", or having a belief the cele stat would provide Exp/Con in WvW as how it does in PvE world too.

I often find myself that I just want to cross leyline, not riding on it, but It's annoying when it catches me. I think a toggle that ignores leyline for mounts will be nice.

It honestly amazes me that this still happens. If I’m enjoying the main story, I don’t want the meta event to be blasting in my ears from the other side of the map while a main character is talking to me personally. My character is having 3 conversations at the same time and it’s annoying and makes it hard to keep track of which dialogue is the main story. I don’t know what needs to be done but fix it
