No official word yet but both NA & EU seem to be working again as of 8:46PM EST.

From what I'm reading this seems to be worldwide. Hopefully a minor fix. If there is any official update I'll try to include it.

EDIT 1 8:37PM EST: Rubi has confirmed they are aware of the issue and looking into it. Working to get fixed ASAP.

EDIT 2 EU might be back up per reports. NA still down.

EDIT 3 8:46PM EST: NA here and I am able to get back in.
