Thanks for all the responses on my last post — solidarity to everyone who’s stuck in that grind and still finding the energy to push back. Since a few people asked, here’s what I would focus on if I lived in the U.S. and wanted to change this mess:
I can’t stress this enough. In Europe, most of the rights we take for granted — paid vacation, parental leave, job security — came through decades of union pressure. The U.S. labor movement has been gutted, demonized, and sabotaged by corporations and politicians alike, but it can be rebuilt. Start small. Talk to coworkers. Normalize labor solidarity again.

Well, they restructured.
Here's my previous post, but the gist is this: I worked at a spot for 13 of the past 15 years with the understanding that I was going to get the title of Director once my boss retired. It was the specific reason I came back to a job I had quit already.
This past June, three weeks before my boss was set to retire, they came to me and offered me the job title of "coordinator" (the new title on the euphemism treadmill for secretary/assistant). My boss was making ~130k year. They offered me 65k to do my job and my boss's job. I bounced. Sucks for the person who replaced me.
I've spent the past few months trying to rela

I made this post about my work environment the other on my city's subreddit, and people didn't like hearing about my update so I'm moving it here.
I told my boss earlier today that I'd be leaving in 3 weeks and she was not happy.
This morning, my boss called our restaurant, while my

For the original post with my infamous quitting email, see:
As for any updates, nothing has come my way.
I returned the new company equipment that evening after quitting to the same person who dropped it off to me two days before. I was told that the owner was swearing up and down that he never told me to fuck off in the context I took it.
As for the email I sent, to my understanding the entire staff saw it. Many employees were new, so they didn't know who I was, which was fine. I didn't know them either. One person I did know responded asking, what happened. I lost access to my work email before I could respond.
For some information background:
I spoke with an attorney regarding my last post about blowing a 0.249% and then a 0.00% about 2 hours later. Attached are images proving my story.

Here are images (with everything personal redacted) of all breathalyzer tests proving my prior post:
The first test where I "blew" a 0.249% happened at 7:51AM, the second test where I "blew" a 0.224% happened at 8:08AM, and finally the third test I received at the clinic where I blew a 0.00% happened at 10:20AM, approximately 2 hours later.
If you notice in the first test at 7:51AM, the technician did not BLANK the machine before administering the test. Something just isn't right here, man.
If y'all have any other advice, then please let me know. Thanks again for all of the help.
