What can we expect local governments to do as far as training consumers to repair their broken appliances?
Superficially, it would help if consumers could receive gratis training to repair their own junk. But I wonder if the topic is too big to tackle. I don’t suppose a workshop of a few hours could make a dent. Maybe the gov could give an extra subsidy to university electrical engineering programs.
