Wow, I thought the original artist might have had a different intention, but it literally is called shit fountain. That's quite refreshing really (the directness, not the shit :)

I thought it would be something similar to this statue we have in Rotterdam, called "Santa Claus"

But everyone just calls it Kabouter Buttplug (Buttplug gnome)
