[WCT Translation] Arc 8, Interlude 'Ubilk'

As an Ubilk named chapter I think it could've been better all he did was get yelled at by Katya and realise he can now do something else with his life now that he's no longer a stargazer. I think it would've just been better as chapter 44 and then save his named chapter for something else later when we actually see what he does as a no longer stargazer
