Maintenance/Cleanup of communities (solo and otherwise) of banned user @solaire

isn't it about time to shut down communities that are no longer active or solo "modded" by banned @Solaire@lemmynsfw.com.

For those other communities that have been taken over by others, can you remove solaire as top mod?
