Weird login issues on browser since yesterday

Essentially, on phone and desktop Firefox browser, logged in numerous times only to have page refresh with new blank entries, not actually logging in.

Was able to log in from Interstellar and now Summit though.

Probably not unrelated that a few posts vaporized before noticing this
